Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Livy & June Boutique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14 day timeframe. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost ($6) per order which will be deducted from refund amount. Email us at livyandjune@gmail.com to start a return.

Returns must be mailed back within 7 days from Return Authorization date or else will not be eligible for refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

  • Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care via email within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please email us at livyandjune@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged or defective item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
  • DOORBUSTERS are final sale.
  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Not worn, washed, altered or damaged.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

  • It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correct before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address please email us immediately. 
  • We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-send out the package. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at livyandjune@gmail.com.
